I began exploring alternative health and wellness tools after a shift in my own health in 2014. Wellness practices such as massage, meditation, yoga and breathwork have significantly shaped my life and have been a staple in my daily routines. As a strong advocate for mental health, I believe in the positive effects massage, meditation, and other alternative therapies can collaboratively contribute in healing and recovering from injury, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression etc..
I live and practice a lagom lifestyle- having what you need, but not needing more – aligned living. The things that keep me aligned are: experiences with my kids, being physically active, metaphysics, nature, live music, motorcycling, and appreciating the warmth of the sun.
